What is a customized massage session?

Customized massage sessions are uniquely tailored to your goals. Sessions will typically include a blending of focused trigger point work and whole-body relaxation. Modalities in each session include deep tissue, swedish, trigger point, and sports massage. If desired, all sessions can include cupping, hot stones, and guasha at no additional charge.

Do you offer Pregnancy Massage?

I do not specialize in pre-natal services. If you are looking for a trusted therapist who specializes in pregnancy work feel free to message me and I can point you to a colleague in the Richmond area!

What is your cancellation policy?

For no-shows and appointments canceled within 24hrs the full-service fee will be charged to the card on file unless in the case of an illness or emergency.
